Lifetime
Since I have so much to do before leaving for spring break, I declared that I would be a hermit this weekend. I figured I could study, pack, and clean, but, instead of being productive, I watched a bunch of Lifetime original movies. It started when I was flipping through the channels while eating cereal Saturday morning. I started watching the Lifetime movie, and suddenly I was sucked in. I think I watched a total of four this weekend. Who does that? They aren't even that good. Mostly I watched women go through traumatic experiences, fall in love, and end up with their happily ever after. The best part was when my roommate and her friend came back unexpectedly and caught me in the act. They might have to stage a sappy movie intervention. How does everyone else waste time?

Too funny. My mom told me she watched "Pride & Prejudice" twice this Saturday. I guess when you've got a lot to do, Colin Firth becomes exponentially more interesting.
I find all sorts of things to do to waste time. All that really matters is that I'm not doing the one thing that I really should be doing! And every once in a while, a girl's gotta watch those sappy movies!
When I'm not in the mood to read at home I watch tv series on dvd. I just joined netflix and so I order all the discs of different seasons. I hate commercials. I just finished the first two seasons of prison break. At least my roommate watches them with me.
That usually takes up a lot of time, but also when I don't feel like concentrating, I seriously just lay on my bed and listen to music. Sounds lame and lazy but I can really just lay there for over an hour doing nothing.
If I turn on the tv is a slippery slope for me. Pretty soon hours will have gone by. Although I never have tried watching a lifetime movie. Maybe I should keep that in mind next time
If it makes you feel better, I got sucked into a Disney Channel original movie. Somehow I missed the last 15mins and was really pissed about it. My roommates thought it was so funny, they rented it on DVD for me.
